Website Use
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate, current information. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, misuse its content, introduce malicious code or use the site for fraudulent activity.
Products and Customisation
Online artwork, room previews, colours and scale are illustrative. The appearance of a printed mural can vary with screen settings, selected dimensions, crop, material, lighting and print conditions. You are responsible for submitting accurate wall measurements and reviewing customisation information. CMW may pause an order to clarify a measurement or design instruction.
Orders, Payment and Pricing
An order is a request to purchase. CMW may accept, reject or cancel an order for reasons such as payment failure, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, unavailable artwork or material, shipping restrictions or an inability to complete the requested customisation. If CMW cancels a paid item, the amount received for that cancelled item will be refunded. Prices, shipping charges, taxes and other checkout amounts are shown where applicable and may change before an order is accepted.
Production, Delivery and Import Charges
Products may be produced and shipped from China. Production and delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by customisation, destination, customs, carriers, weather or events outside reasonable control. International duties, import taxes, brokerage fees and similar destination charges are the customer’s responsibility unless expressly included at checkout.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds are governed by the CMW Refund Policy. Custom and made-to-order products may not be returnable for change of mind after production begins. Non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Intellectual Property and User Content
CMW’s name, website design, text, graphics, product presentation and other website content are owned by or licensed to CMW and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Buying wallpaper does not transfer rights to reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit the underlying artwork. If you submit measurements, photographs, reviews or customisation files, you confirm that you have the right to provide them and allow CMW and its service partners to use them only as needed to provide the requested service or operate the website.
Disclaimers and Changes
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. CMW is not liable for indirect or consequential loss where liability may legally be limited.
