Will you print my file immediately?
No. Customer-supplied artwork is reviewed for crop and obvious production issues before production.
Can I use a phone photo?
Yes. Upload the original full-resolution photo rather than a screenshot or social-media copy.
Can I move the image after entering my size?
Yes. The editor lets you zoom and move the image horizontally and vertically to choose the crop.
Can I cancel a custom order?
You may request changes before production. Once an approved custom design enters production, cancellation is normally not possible.
Do I need permission to use the image?
Yes. You must own the image or have permission to reproduce it.
