Delivery Information
CMW products are made to order and may be produced and shipped from China. Delivery involves separate production and transit stages, so the time shown for an order is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Please review the information below and the delivery details shown during checkout before completing your purchase.
Production and Dispatch
Most wallpaper mural orders require approximately 6–8 business days for artwork review, printing, quality checks and packing. Large orders or orders needing additional clarification may require more time. CMW may contact you if a measurement, crop, address or other order detail needs confirmation before production.
Estimated Transit Times
- United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe and Australia: usually 5–8 business days after dispatch.
- Other destinations: usually 6–12 business days after dispatch.
Transit estimates can be affected by the destination, customs processing, remote-area delivery, peak periods, severe weather and carrier disruption. An estimate is not a promise of delivery on a particular date.
Tracking
After dispatch, CMW sends available tracking information to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take several days to show movement after the parcel is handed to the carrier. If an order is split into multiple parcels, the parcels may receive separate tracking updates.
Address and Customs
Check the recipient name, street address, unit number, city, postcode, country and phone number before payment. Contact CMW as soon as possible if an address is incorrect. Once production or shipping has started, a change or redirection may not be possible. Import duties, taxes, brokerage charges and other destination fees may apply to international orders unless checkout expressly states that they are included.
Delayed or Damaged Parcels
If tracking stops updating, a parcel appears damaged or an order does not arrive within a reasonable period after the estimate, contact CMW through custommuralswallpaper.com/contact with the order number and delivery details. Do not install a visibly damaged product; photograph the packaging and panels first so the issue can be reviewed.
